| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarba mērķis ir, pētot un analizējot darbinieku motivācijas sistēmu SIA „LOGITEC”, izstrādāt priekšlikumus, lai piedāvātu tās pilnveidošanas iespējas. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmā darba nodaļā autore analizē motivācijas teorētiskos aspektus. Otrajā darba nodaļā ir raksturota uzņēmuma SIA „LOGITEC” struktūra. Trešā darba nodaļā tiek veikta darbinieku anketēšana un tās analīzes apkopojums. Ceturtā darba nodaļā tiek aprakstītas motivēšanas un atalgojuma sistēmas pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā. Darba rezultātā autors sastāda priekšlikumus, kuri ir vērsti uz SIA „LOGITEC” darbinieku motivācijas uzlabošanu. | dc.description.abstract | The goals of this diploma is researching and analyzing the motivational system in SIA „LOGITEC”, propose to offer opportunities to improve it. Diploma consists of four chapters. In first chapter the author explores concept of the theoretical aspects of motivation. The second chapter of the work is described in the company "LOGITEC" structure. The third chapter focuses on the SIA “LOGITEC" employee quiz results. The fourth chapter of the work describes the motivation and reward systems options to improve the company. The author gives proposals and tips about employee motivation factors effective use.
