Abstract

Informācijas sistēma “Transportlīdzekļu nomas un pārvaldes sistēma” ir publiska tiešsaistes sistēma, kas sniedz iespēju digitalizēt transportlīdzekļu pārvaldi, kā arī ieviest transportlīdzekļu nomas iespējas attālināti. Sistēma ļauj elektroniski iesniegt transportlīdzekļu nomas pieteikumus lietotājiem un pārvaldīt transportlīdzekļu nomas un pieteikumus atbildīgajām personām. Sistēmas lietotāji transportlīdzekļu nomas pieteikuma iesniegšanas brīdī veic apmaksu, kas padara nomas procesu daudz pārskatāmāku un drošāku pakalpojuma sniedzējiem. Sistēmā ietvertā transportlīdzekļu meklēšanas funkcija ļauj lietotājiem ērtāk un pārskatāmāk atrast sev vēlamo vai konkrētajā laikā pieejamo transportlīdzekli. Sistēma dod iespēju centralizēti apskatīt kāda transportlīdzekļa pieejamību konkrētajā laikā, kā arī nodrošina iespēju veikt transportlīdzekļu uzskaiti ar mērķi nodrošināt iespējami efektīvāku transportlīdzekļu pārvaldīšanu. Sistēma sastāv no 6 moduļiem : lietotāju, transportlīdzekļu nomas, transportlīdzekļu, aprīkojumu, atrašanās vietu un uzņēmumu moduļiem.

The Information System "Vehicle Rental and Management System" is a public online system, that enables the digitization of vehicle management as well as the introduction of vehicle rental options remotely. The system allows to electronically submit vehicle rental applications to users and manage vehicle rentals and applications to responsible persons. System users make a payment at the time of submitting a vehicle rental application, which makes the rental process more transparent and secure for service providers. The vehicle search feature allows users to find the vehicle they want or the available vehicle at a given time more easily and transparently. The system provides a centralized view of the availability of a vehicle at a given time, as well as the possibility of vehicle tracking with the aim of ensuring the most efficient management of vehicles. The system consists of 6 modules: user, vehicle rental, vehicle, equipment, location and company modules.
