Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Dzīvokļu tirgus Rīgā”, kura apjoms ir 79 lapas. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Rīgas dzīvokļu tirgus problēmas, piedāvājumu un pieprasījumu, kā arī dzīvokļu cenu ietekmējošos faktorus, tā rezultātā atklāt pozitīvos momentus un trūkumus šajā darbā, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus Rīgas dzīvokļu tirgus uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbā ir trīs nodaļas: pirmajā nodaļā tiek aplūkotas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus īpatnības un būtība, otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta Rīgas dzīvokļu tirgus segmentu analīze un trešajā nodaļā aplūkotas dzīvokļu tirgus problēmas un to ietekme uz Rīgas dzīvokļu tirgus attīstības tendencēm balstoties uz ekspertu aptaujas rezultātiem. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā tika izdarīti secinājumi, izmantojot ekonomiskās un ekspertmetodes rezultātus, kā arī izvirzīti priekšlikumi Rīgas dzīvokļu tirgus sekmīgai attīstībai. Bachelor theme is “Apartment market in Riga”, which consists of 79 pages. The aim of bachelor is to explore Riga apartment market problems, supply and demand, and apartment price influencing factors and in the result reveal the positive moments and deficiencies in this work, do proposals to improve the apartment market in Riga. The work consists of three chapters: in the first chapter are discussed the real estate market characteristics and esences, the second chapter analyzes the Riga apartment market segment analysis and the third chapter deals with the apartment market problems and their influence on the Riga apartment market trends based on expert survey results. At the end of bachelor are made conclusions using the economic and expert method results, and made suggestions for successful development in Riga apartment market.
