Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Darbinieka civiltiesiskā un disciplinārā atbildība” aplūkots un analizēts darbinieka civiltiesiskās un disciplinārās atbildībās regulējums un tiesu prakse gan Latvijā, gan Eiropas valstīs. Pētījuma uzdevums ir izpētīt dažādus normatīvos regulējumus, tiesu praksi un literatūru, kas saistīta ar civiltiesiskās un disciplinārās atbildības saturu, piemērošanu, veidiem un citiem būtiskiem aspektiem. Pētījuma mērķis ir, izpētot būtiskākās atšķirības starp darbinieka civiltiesiskās un disciplinārās atbildības saturu Latvijā un ārzemēs, secināt, vai Latvijā ir nepieciešami normatīvā regulējuma, kas saistīti ar darba tēmu, uzlabojumi.The bachelor's thesis “Employee Civil and Disciplinary Liability” discusses and analyzes the regulation of employee civil and disciplinary liability and court practice in Latvia and some European countries. The task of the thesis is to study various normative regulations, court practice and literature related to the content, application, types and other important aspects of civil and disciplinary liability. The aim of the research is to study the most important differences between the content of the employee's civil and disciplinary liability in Latvia and abroad, to conclude whether improvements in the regulatory framework related to the topic of the work are needed in Latvia.
