Abstract
Diplomdarba tēma ir Atbalsta personāla komandas sociālpedagoģiskā darbība Rīgas 25. vidusskolā darbā ar 1. – 4. klašu skolēniem.
Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt sociālpedagoģisko darbību Atbalsta personāla komandā Rīgas 25. vidusskolā darbā ar 1.- 4. klašu skolēniem un pilnveidot sociālpedagoģiskās darbības programmas modeli Atbalsta personāla komandas darbā.
Darbā ir raksturota komandas darba nozīme sociālpedagoģisku problēmu risināšanā skolā, veikts pētījums par Atbalsta personāla komandas sociālpedagoģisko darbību Rīgas 25. vidusskolā un tās nepieciešamību skolā, kā arī aprobēta sociālpedagoģiskās darbības modeļa pilnveidošanas programma Rīgas 25. vidusskolā darbā ar 1. – 4. klašu skolēniem.
Diplomdarbā veiktā pētījuma rezultāti apliecina, ka skolā ir nepieciešama Atbalsta personāla komanda, kurā darbojas dažādu profesiju speciālisti.
Darba apjoms ir 63 lappuses, kas sastāv no 4 nodaļām un 7 apakšnodaļām. Darbā ir iekļauti 4 attēli un 2 tabulas. Diplomdarbā ir izmantoti 32 avoti un 3 pielikumi.
Content of this diploma work is Support personal command social pedagogical activity in Riga Secondary school No 25 in work with scholars from first to fourth grade. Purpose of this diploma work is to explore social pedagogical activity in Support personal command in Riga Secondary school No 25, from first to fourth grade and to improve social pedagogical activity program in work of Support personal command. In this work is characterized the meaning of team work in solving social pedagogical problems in school, there has been performed research about Support personal command social pedagogical work in Riga Secondary school No 25 and its necessity in school, as well as implemented social pedagogical working improvement program in Riga Secondary school No 25 in work with scholars from first to fourth grade. The results of the research performed in diploma work confirm that in the school there is necessity to have Support personal command, in which works representatives from various professions. The volume of work is 63 pages, it consist of 4 chapters and 7 subdivisions. In work are included 4 images and 2 tables. In diploma work is used 32 references and 3 appendixes.
