Abstract
Autore izzinājusi sociālpedagoģisko darbu ar pusaudžiem Rīgas psihiatrijas un narkoloģijas centrā. Praktiskais pētījums veikts balstoties uz J. Kulberga, M. Pļavenieces, D. Škuškovnikas, A.Vilka, un citu latviešu un ārzemju autoru teorētiskajām atziņām.
Pētījuma ietvaros Rīgas psihiatrijas un narkoloģijas centrā tika aptaujāti nepilngadīgie pusaudži, personāls un vecāki. Apkopojot pētījumā iegūto un programmas realizēšanu konstatēts, ka noskaidrojot konfliktu iemeslus un strādājot komandā pozitīvi mainās pusaudžu sociālā uzvedība, prasme noteikt mērķus, sociālo attiecību izpratne, kā arī mainās pusaudžu attieksme pret līdzcilvēkiem.

This study is a social-pedagogical work dealing with. The researcher administered the study with teenagers subjects at the Psychiatric and Addictions Center in Riga. The study was based on prior work by both Latvian and foreign clinicians, J. Kulberga, M. Plavenieces, D. Shkushkovnikas, A.Vilka. The study subjects were teenagers and their parents who were surveyed at the Psychiatric and Addictions Center. The collected data showed that conflict resolution and working to do so as a team, showed positive behavioral changes socially, the ability to better comprehend limits, to recognize social skills, as well as behavioral changes in the teenagers interacting with their peers.
