Abstract
Bakalaura darbā „Gredzeni Puzes Lejaskroga senkapu arheoloģiskajā materiālā”, analizējot 13-17. gs. Puzes Lejaskroga kapsētas četru arheoloģisko izrakumu sezonu rezultātā iegūtos 305 gredzenus, mērķis ir veikt to tipoloģisko analīzi, noteikt hronoloģiskās robežas apakšgrupu ietvaros un izdarīt vispārējus secinājumus par to nēsāšanas tradīcijām. Darba gaitā konstatētas 17 gredzenu apakšgrupas. 13.- 15. gs. īpaši sieviešu apbedījumos gredzenu formu daudzveidībā dominē vēlā dzelzs laikmeta tradīciju turpinošās apakšgrupas, taču 14. gs beigās izveidojas jauna forma – gredzeni ar puslodveida vidusdaļu, kura popularitāti zaudē 15. gs. gaitā, savukārt ar 16. gs. gredzenu skaits kapu inventārā sarūk, un saskatāma pāreja uz vienkāršākām formām – vienmērīgi platiem slēgtiem gredzeniem un gredzeniem ar imitēti tordētu vidusdaļu.

Bachelor’s work “Finger-rings in Archaeological Material of Puzes Lejaskrogs Cemetery” analyzing 305 finger-rings covering the period of 13th-17th centuries gained during four seasons of archaeological excavations at Puzes Lejaskrogs Cemetery has been aimed at typological analysis, determination of chronological borders in subgroup setting and making general conclusions about wearing traditions of them. 17 subgroups of finger-rings have been determined in the process of working out the work. In the 13th-15th centuries particularly in women’s burials the variety of ring forms has been dominated and continued by the traditional forms of Late Iron Age. However, at the end of the 14th century for a short period of time a new form - rings with a hemisphere front part appear. It should be mentioned that the amount of rings in burials starting with the 16th century decreases and the transition to simpler forms-narrow closed rings and rings with pseudo twisted front parts and opened ends starts.
