Abstract
Maăistra darbā tika izpētīta literatūra, kurā aprakstītas metodes izstrādes iespējas ar
AEŠH/PDA. Izvērtējot literatūras datus, tika izstrādāta γ-amino-β-fenilsviestskābes hidrohlorīda
un ipidakrīna satura noteikšanai vienā ārstnieciskajā formā, izmantojot AEŠH/PDA. Veikta
izstrādātas metodes validācija.
In master thesis the literature about HPLC/PDA method development were investigated. After of evaluation of the data from literature the method of determination Beta-phenyl- gammaaminobutyric acid and Ipidacrin in one drug form, changed chromatographic conditions was developed. Developed method was validated.
