Privātpersonu statusa ietekme uz to nodokļu maksājumiem,kas tiešā veidā attiecas uz darba samaksu

Abstract

Darba temats ir „Privātpersonu statusa ietekme uz to nodokļu maksājumiem, kas tiešā veidā attiecas uz darba samaksu”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt dažādu privātpersonu statusa ietekmi uz to nodokļu maksājumiem, kas tiešā veidā attiecas uz darba samaksu, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to pilnveidošanai. Darbā tiek pētītas nodokļu aprēķināšanas īpatnības katram privātpersonas statusam, analizēta privātpersonas statusa ietekme uz nodokļu maksājumu summā, pētītas nodokļu aprēķināšanas īpatnības Igaunijas Republikā un Lietuvas Republikā un izstrādāti priekšlikumi. Temata izpētes gaitā tiek secināts, ka pastāv atšķirības nodokļu aprēķinos katram konkrētam privātpersonas statusam.The subject of the work is „Physical persons status impact on their tax payments, which directly are related to the wage”. The work shows the research of the peculiarities in the calculations of the tax for each physical persons status, analysis of physical persons status impact on tax payments amount, the research of the peculiarities in the calculations of the tax in the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Lithuania and developed suggestions. In the process of the research, it is concluded that there exists differences in the calculations of the tax for each particular physical persons status.
