Jaunas tuvuma redzes funkciju skrīninga metodes novērtējums

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 45 lapām, satur 27 attēlus, 6 tabulas, 1 pielikumu un 31 atsauci uz literatūras avotiem. Mērķis: Novērtēt tuvuma redzes funkcijas un vēlīnās miopijas riskus populācijā. Subjekti: tika analizēti dati par 109 pacientiem, vecumā no 19 līdz 33 gadiem. Metodes: Akomodācijas atslābināšana ar flipera +2,00D lēcu pāri, akomodācijas sasprindzināšana ar flipera -2,00D lēcu pāri, darbā tika novērtētas arī citas tuvuma funkcijas: redzes asums tuvumā ar visu korekciju, konverģence ar „push up” metodi, heteroforijas veids tuvumā ar Madoksa testu. Rezultāti un secinājumi: Tika iegūts, ka ~ 50% no emetropiem un hipermetropiem sagādāja grūtības teksta lasīšana ar +2,0D lēcām 40 cm attālumā. Bet no miopiem 31% nevarēja lasīt šajā attālumā, un 25% no tiem bija vēlīnā miopija. Aim: To assess the proximity of visual function and late myopia risk in population. Subjects: 109 patients had their data analyised in age from 19 to 33. Methods: Relaxation of accommodation using +2,00D flipper lens pair and exert accommodation with -2,00D lenses, in the Bachelor work there were estimated also other near functions: near visual acuity with correction convergence with „push up” method, form of heterophoria with Maddox test at near. Results and conclusions: It was obtained that ~ 50% of emetropes and hipermetropes had dificulties reading the text with +2,0D lenses at 40 cm. But from myopes 31% could not read in this distance, and 25% of them had late onset myopia. Keywords: Late onset myopia, asthenopia, near vision function screening.
