Romantisma iezīmes Halīla Džibrāna dzejā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek aplūkota libāniešu dzejnieka Halīla Džibrāna dzeja, un kā tajā atklājas Rietumu literatūras romantiskās tradīcijas elementi. Vispirms tiek aplūkots romantisms kā metode mākslā un, sīkāk, literatūrā, pēc tam tiek sniegts ieskats autora biogrāfijā, atklājot viņa personību veidojušos faktorus un iedvesmas avotus. Bakalaura darba praktiskajā daļā tiek analizēta H. Džibrāna dzeja. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir atklāt būtiskākās romantisma iezīmes H. Džibrāna dzejā, aplūkojot izmantotos mākslinieciskās izteiksmes līdzekļus un izvēlētās tēmas viņa jaunradē.The purpose of this research is to discuss the elements of the literary tradition of Western Romanticism in the poetry of the Lebanese poet Kahlil Gibran. An insight in the poet’s biography will be made to discover his literary and personal influences and inspirations, Romanticism will be discussed as a literary method in art, and more specifically, a literary movement. The practical study will consist of an interpretive analysis of the poetry of Khalil Gibran. The objectives of the research are to reveal the main features of Romanticism in Kahlil Gibran's poetry by examining the use of literary techniques and choices of topics in his creative output.
