Abstract
Flekainīda bāze ir farmaceitiski aktīvās vielas flekainīda acetāta izejviela. Pētīts flekainīda bāzes polimorfisms, hidrāta veidošanās un vielas stabilitāte dažādās temperatūrās un mitrumos, aprēķināti flekainīda bāzes formas Ib kristāliskā režģa parametri un noteikta struktūra pēc pulvera rentgendifraktometrijas datiem.
Flecainide base, the raw material of pharamaceutically active substance flecainide acetate has been investigated in aspects of polymorphism and hydrate forming. Flecainide base holded in different temperatures and in different humidities. Lattice parameters have been calculated and structure has been determinated using powder diffractometry data.
