Abstract
Darbā raksturotas un analizētas igauľu un somu verbālās un neverbālās saziľas īpatnības, kā arī ar starpkultūru komunikāciju saistīto stereotipu ietekme un to radītās saziľas barjeras. Apzināta gan saziľas īpatnību, gan stereotipu ietekme uz saziľu ar citu kultūru pārstāvjiem, skaidroti iemesli šādas komunikācijas esamībai.
Pētījuma teorētiskā daļa – balstīta galvenokārt uz pašmāju autoru darbiem. Tā palīdzējusi izprast saziľas veidošanās struktūru un galvenos tās elementus, apskatot tos, balstoties galvenokārt uz socioloģijas un psiholoģijas teorijām.
Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā izmantotās metodes: aptauja un anketēšana, palīdzējušas noskaidrot latviešu, somu un igauľu viedokli par daţādiem, ar starpkultūru saziľu saistītiem jautājumiem.
Lai uzskatāmāk atspoguļotu rezultātus, veidoti un analizēti grafiki.
Paper contains characterized and analyzed Estonian and Finnish verbal and non-verbal communication peculiarities, also barriers and influence on communication created by stereotypes. Gathered and explained information about stereotype influence on cross-cultural communication. Research theoretical part mainly based on Latvian authors works. It gives the basic knowledge and understanding about communication structure and its central elements. Theories that were used are mostly from sociology and psychology. Methods that were used in the empiric part: inquiry and questionnaires - helped to clarify Latvian, Finnish and Estonian opinion about questions that are connected with cross-cultural communication. To visualize the results – graphs were made and analyzed.
