Abstract
Bakalaura darbs “Kvalitatīva aprūpes nodrošināšana akūti hodpitalizētiem pacientiem
ėirurăijas nodaĜā”sastāv no 3 nodaĜām. Darba izstrādē analizēti 40 literatūras avoti par
pacientu adaptāciju un pašaprūpi, balstoties uz K.Rojas un D.Oremas teorijas viedokĜa par
kvalitatīvu aprūpi un to ietekmējošiem faktoriem akūti hospitalizētiem pacientiem un stresa
jēdziens ėirurăijā. Darba mērėis ir izpētīt ėirurăijas nodaĜas pacientu adaptāciju un
pašaprūpes procesu, nokĜūstot stacionārā akūtas hospitalizācijas rezultātā. Izmantojot
kvantitatīvo pētniecības metodi un tās instrumentu anketu, tika aptaujāti 97 ėirurăiskās
nodaĜas pacienti. Pētījuma gaitā pierādīta hipotēze, ka kvalitatīvas aprūpes nodrošinājums
akūti hospitalizētiem pacientiem atkarīgs no pacienta adaptācijas un pašaprūpes spējām.

The Bachelor’s Paper “The Guarantee of Qualitative Care for the Urgently Hospitalized Surgery Department Patients” consists of 3 chapters. 40 literature sources on patients’ adaptation and self-care are analyzed on the bases of K.Roja and D.Orema theory about a qualitative care and it influencing factors for urgently hospitalized patients and the concept of stress in surgery. The aim of the Paper is to research the adaptation and self-care process of the surgery department patients, getting at the hospital because of the urgent hospitalization. 97 patients of surgery department were surveyed using the method of quantitative research and its instrument – a questionnaire. The hypothesis, that the guarantee of qualitative care of the urgently hospitalized patients depends on their ability of the adaptation and care.
