Abstract
Latvijā pēdējos gados ir sākusies aktīva biogāzes tehnoloģiju ieviešana, kas cieši saistīta ar jaunu tehnoloģisko zināšanu apgūšanu. Tādēļ šī pētījuma mērķis ir izzināt jaunu zināšanu radīšanas un aprites prakses biogāzes nozarē Latvijā. Inovāciju sistēmas strukturāli-funkcionālā teorija darbā kalpo kā teorētisks ietvars inovācijas procesa galveno elementu izzināšanai. Darba empīriskajā daļā veikta biogāzes nozares galveno inovācijas aģentu noskaidrošana un zināšanu plūsmu izpēte starp tiem sociālo tīklu analīzē. Izvērtējot sociālo tīklu īpašības, kā arī institucionālās vides apstākļus, kas ietekmē to darbību, tiks noskaidroti veidi, kā uzlabot zināšanu aprites prakses, lai attīstītu nozari.
The aim of the research is to discover the practices of creating and diffusion of the new knowledge in biogas sector in Latvia. Structural-functional innovation system’s theory is the theoretical framework of the research that helps to discover the main elements of the innovation process. There will be established the main agents of the innovation process, and also the flows of the knowledge in the social networks on empirical part of the research. By establishing the characteristics of the social networks and institutional environment, will be defined the ways how to improve the practices of diffusion of knowledge for the sector’s development.
