Abstract
Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt latviešu nacionālo ēdienu apguves iespējas mājturībā un tehnoloģijās 9.klasē. Lai sekmētu to, tika izmantotas gan kooperatīvās, gan tradicionālās mācīšanas metodes. Diplomdarba uzdevumi ir literatūras avotu izpēte, mācību metožu izpēte, mācību satura izveide izvēlētajai tēmai un tā aprobācija. Tika veikta skolēnu anketēšana, lai noskaidrotu skolēnu viedokli par pētāmo problēmu. Kā arī tika veikta aptauja, lai noskaidrotu mūsu vecvecāku bērnības ēdienus.
Aprobācijas laikā iegūtie secinājumi liecina, ka 9.klases skolnieces gatavojot latviešu nacionālo ēdienus, ieguva pozitīvu attieksmi un pilnīgāku sapratni par latviešu virtuvi.

The aim of bachelor theses is to research the possibilities of teaching about Latvian National Cuisine in Home Economics and Technology in grade 9. To promote that, cooperative and traditional teaching methods were used. Tasks of the research include the description of the literature and teaching methods, development of content knowledge and its approbation, as well as analysis of students’ survey concerning the theme of bachelor theses. Aside the survey, 12 senior citizens were questioned about their childhood diet. While summarizing approbation, was concluded that students of the grade 9 acquired more knowledge about Latvian national cuisine and gained positive attitude towards it.
