Abstract
Bakalaura darba „Pamattiesību un pamatvajadzību nodrošināšana notiesātajiem ieslodzījuma vietās” mērķis ir izpētīt pamattiesību un pamatvajadzību nodrošināšanu Latvijas ieslodzījuma vietās, vērst uzmanību uz aktuālākajām problēmām, kas saistītas ar tiesību nodrošinājumu, un mēģināt piedāvāt risinājumus konstatētajām problēmām.
Autore darba ietvaros meklē problēmu sakni un cenšas rast risinājumu tām.
Autore piedāvā veikt grozījumus Latvijas Sodu izpildes kodeksā, mainot kārtību, kādā notiesātie izmanto tiesības uz satikšanos un telefonsarunām.
The aim of the Bachelor thesis „Provision of fundamental rights and basic needs of convicted persons in prisons” is to explore the provision of fundamental rights and basic needs in prisons of Latvia, to draw attention to urgent problems, which are related to the provision of rights, and to propose solutions to established problems. Author within the scope of this paper is searching the basis of those issues and how to solve them. Author proposes to make amendments in The Sentence Execution Code of Latvia to change an order, in which convicts are entitled to use their rights to visits and telephone calls.
