Abstract
Izdegšanas sindroms un apmierinātība ar darbu Alūksnes novada pašvaldības darbiniekiem. Maģistra darbs uz 106 lpp., ietver 72 att., 28 tab., 70 lit. avotus, 4 pielikumus.
Pētījums sastāv no 3 daļām:
1.daļa: apkopota un analizēta literatūra par izdegšanas sindromu un apmierinātību ar darbu, riska faktori nozarē un arodsaslimšanas. Literatūras analīze uzrāda, administrācijā strādājošie pakļauti psihoemocionāliem, fizikāliem un ergonomiskiem riska faktoriem.
2.daļa: aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes: izdegšanas sindroma anketa, apmierinātība ar darbu anketa, darbspēju indeksa aprēķins.
3.daļa: iegūto datu apkopojums un rezultātu analīze. Pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt – izdegšanas sindroma draudi ir nelieli, strādājošie ir apmierināti ar darbu, darbspējas ir vidējas.
Burnout syndrome and job satisfaction workers in Alūksnes novada self-government. Study made on 106 pages, includes 72 images, 28 tables, 70 literatures, 4 supplements. The study consists have 3 parts: Part 1 – gathered and analyzed literature on burnout syndrome and job satisfaction, risk factors for the industry and occupational diseases. The analysis of literature shows that administration of workers exposed to psycho-emotional, physical and ergonomic risk factors. Part 2 – the methods who used in this work: questionnaire of burnout syndrome, questionnaire of job satisfaction, Calculation of the index of ability to work. Part 3 – acquired data collection and analysis of results. Results of the research led to the conclusion - the threat of burnout syndrome are low, workers are satisfied with the work and ability of the work is medium.
