Abstract
Šis darbs ir veltīts ārzemnieka-angļa tēla pētījumam Samuila Maršaka prozā angļu laika posmā. Autors aprakstoši analizē tēlu "svešie", notver klasifikāciju Anglijas un angļu aprakstīšanā Maršakа darbos. Autors aprakstoši analizē tēlu "svešie", notver angļu klasifikāciju Maršakā darbos pēc trim parametriem: izskats, izglītība un cilvēka raksturs. Pētīšana var pievērst speciālistu uzmanību, kuri pēta imagoloğijas problēmas, kā arī cilvēkus, kuri nodarbojas ar sabiedriskās apziņas pētīšanu, kā arī filologus, interesējošus ar S. Maršaka darbiem.
The BA paper is devoted to the research of the image of an Englishman in the prose by S. Marshak of his “English” period. The author of the paper describes the image of the Other, as well as reveals the certain classification in the description of Englishmen in Marshak’s short stories according to three parameters: appearance, upbringing and character of Englishmen. The research can be of interest to professionals in the sphere of imagology and social consciousness, as well as to philologists who are interested in the works of S. Marshak.
