Abstract
Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par kokristālu raksturojumu, to iegūšanas un analīzes metodēm un kofeīna un tā kokristālu īss raksturojums. Darbā ir veikta kofeīna kokristālu ar citronskābi, glutārskābi un maleīnskābi mehanoķīmiskā iegūšana, izmantojot piedevas: mikrokristālisko celulozi, hidroksipropilmetilcelulozi, polivinilpirolidonu. Iegūtie kokristāli tika analizēti ar pulvera rentgendifraktometrijas metodi. Izvērtēta piedevu ietekme uz kokristalizācijas procesu.
The literature scope summarizes information about cocrystal characteristics, preparing and analysing methods and and basic data of caffeine and their cocrystals. In this study caffeine cocrystals with citric, glutaric and maleic acids were prepared using additives: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and polyvinylpyrrolidone. For cocrystal preparation mechanochemical method was used. Prepared cocrystals were analysed with powder X-ray diffractometry. Additive influence on cocrystalization was estimated.
