Abstract
Bakalaura darba temats ir “VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” finanšu stāvokļa analīze” Mērķis ir veikt VAS “Valsts nekuramie īpašumi” finanšu analīzi. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta finanšu analīzes teorētiskā bāze, otrajā nodaļā tiek veikts VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” raksturojums, trešajā nodaļā tiek padziļināti veikta VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” finanšu analīze, kā arī darba beigās pievienoti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Darbs sastāv no 63 lapām. Darba izstrādei ir izmantota mācību literatūra, interneta resursi, Centrālās Statistikas pārvaldes dati un VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” finanšu pārskati. The theme of this thesis is financial analysis of State Joint Stock Company “State Real Estate”. The aim of this thesis is to make proposals for State Joint Stock Company “State Real Estate” to do financial analysis. Thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter is theoretical aspects of the financial analysis, the second chapter is State Joint Stock Company “State Real Estate” characterization, the third and last chapter is State Joint Stock Company “State Real Estate” financial analysis, also at the end of work attached conclusions and motions. The work consists of 63 pages. Thesis is bases on literature, Internet resources, the Central Statistical Beraus’s data and State Joint Stock Company “State Real Estate” financial statements.
