Morālā kaitējuma kompensācija kriminālprocesā

Abstract

Darbā tiek apskatīta morālā kaitējuma kompensācijas jēdziena būtība, morālā kaitējuma kompensācijas apmērs un tā noteikšanas priekšnosacījumi, morālā kaitējuma kompensācijas apmērs auto avāriju lietās un tā aprēķināšanas kārtība. Darba gaitā tika izdarīti secinājumi un identificētas problēmas morālā kaitējuma jēdziena terminoloģijā dažādos tiesību aktos, aprēķināšanas kartībā un piemērošanā.The work deals with the essence of moral damage compensation, the amount of compensation for moral damage and preconditions for its determination, the amount of compensation for moral damage in car accidents and the procedure for calculating it. In the course of the work, conclusions were made and problems were identified in the terminology of moral harm in various legal acts, in the calculation procedure and application.
