Šūpuļdziesmas un ucināmās dziesmas latviešu bērnu folklorā

Abstract

Anotācija Promocijas darbs „Šūpuļdziesmas un ucināmās dziesmas latviešu bērnu folklorā” ir Latvijā plašākais pētījums bērniem domātajā folklorā. Tas tapis vairāku gadu garumā, pētot šūpuļdziesmu un ucināmo dziesmu tekstus nozīmīgākajos bērnu dziesmu akadēmiskajos izdevumos un LFK arhīvā. Pētījuma pamatā izmantoti ne vien publicētie teksti un arhīva materiāli, bet arī promocijas darba autores iegūtās mutvārdu liecības no šūpuļdziesmu un ucināmo dziesmu izpildītājiem. Šūpuļdziesmas un ucināmās dziesmas ir folkloras daļa, kas joprojām dzīvi funkcionē tradicionālajā situācijā un kontekstā atšķirībā no daudziem citiem žanriem, kas dzīvo tikai uz skatuves dažādos koncertos un festivālos. Promocijas darbs ir viens no pirmajiem pētījumiem latviešu folkloristikā, kas apskata ne vien pagātnes mantojumu, bet analizē procesus bērnu folklorā mūsdienās. Pētījuma jaunpienesumu mūsdienu tradīciju izpētē apliecina vismaz divi faktori: pirmkārt, līdzšinējais plašākais pētījums, kura ietvaros apskatīta bērniem domātā folklora, radīts pagājušā gadsimta vidū un neietver pēdējo piecdesmit, sešdesmit gadu situācijas raksturojumu. Otrkārt, darba autores veiktie lauka pētījumi, pielietojot kvalitatīvās intervijas metodi, ir jauns ieguldījums mūsdienu bērnu folkloras izpētes metodoloģijā.Annotation The current thesis „Lullabies and petting songs in Latvian children’s folklore” is the widest study of folklore for children in Latvia. It is a result of years of research into lullaby and petting song texts in the most important academic song editions and the archives of LFK. The basis of the study is not only the published and archive material, but also interviews by the author of the present work with performers of lullabies and petting songs. Lullabies and petting songs are folklore genres that still function in traditional situation and context unlike many other genres that only come to life on stage at concerts and festivals. The present doctoral thesis „Lullabies and petting songs in Latvian children’s folklore” is among the first studies in Latvian folkloristics that not only deals with the heritage from the past, but also analyses the current processes in children’s folklore. The contribution of the particular work to research of modern traditions is certified by at least two factors: first, the most extensive study currently that also deals with the folklore for children was created in the mid-twentieth century, and thus does not include the description of situation changes over the last five to six decades; second, the field study conducted by the author using the qualitative interview method is a fresh contribution to the research methodology of modern folklore for children.
