Abstract
Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 42 lappusēm, satur 16 attēlus, 5 tabulas un atsauces uz 82 literatūras avotiem. Mērķis: analizēt radzenes OCT iespējas noteikt radzenes liekuma rādiusu un radzenes toriskumu, analizēt OCT radzenes toriskuma mērījumu pielietojumu klīniskajā praksē. Metode: veikti 3 auto - keratometrijas mērījumi, 3 radzenes topogrāfijas mērījumi un 3 radzenes OCT skenējumi katrai acij. Rezultāti: keratometrijas mērījumi ir atšķirīgi ar AK, TOPO un OCT, atšķirība ir statistiski nozīmīga (p < 0,05). Radzenes toriskuma noteikšanā savstarpēji korelē AK un TOPO, savukārt korelācija nav starp AK un OCT, kā arī starp TOPO un OCT. The Master’s Thesis written in Latvian and consists of 42 pages, contains 16 drawings, 5 tabeles and 82 bibliography sources. Purpose: analyze the possibilities of corneal OCT to determine the radius of corneal curvature and corneal toricity, to analyze the application of OCT corneal toricity measurements in clinical practice. Methode: 3 auto - keratometry measurements, 3 corneal topography measurements, 3 corneal OCT scans for each eye were performed. Results: keratometry measurements are different with AK, TOPO, OCT, the difference is statistically significant (p <0.05). In the determination of corneal toricity, there is a correlation between the AK and TOPO, there is no correlation between the AK and OCT, as well as between TOPO and OCT.
