Abstract
Straujo pārmaiņu sabiedrībā dēļ skola nevar vairs tikt uzskatīta par slēgtu , akadēmisku vidi . Lai veicinātu attīstību visas darbības virzienu jomās ,svarīgi ir attīstīt izglītības iestādes personāla , izglītojamo un vecāku kompetences. Prasmīgi un kompetenti izglītojamo vecāki un skolēni, pedagogi ir nozīmīgs resurss skolas attīstībai. Izglītības iestādes īsteno dažāda veida sadarbības projektus, kuros iesaistās izglītojamie, pedagogi un to vecāki . Darba mērķis ir apzināt projektu lomu izglītības iestādes attīstībā – kāda veida kompetences gūst skolēni , pedagogi un vecāki , īstenojot projektus.
Due to the rapid changes in society, the school can no longer be considered a closed , academic environment. In order to promote development in all areas of activity, it is important to develop the competencies of the staff, students and parents of the educational institution. Skilled and competent parents and students, educators are an important resource for school development. Educational institutions implement various types of cooperation projects involving learners, teachers and their parents. The aim of the work is to identify the role of projects in the development of an educational institution - what kind of competencies students, teachers and parents acquire when implementing projects.
