Abstract
Bakalaura darba temats ir “IKT nozarē strādājošo darbinieku apmierinātība ar darbu Covid-19 pandēmijas apstākļos”. Darba mērķis - Balstoties uz apmierinātības ar darbu teorijām un citās ES valstīs veiktajiem pētījumiem, novērtēt Latvijas IKT nozarē strādājošo darbinieku apmierinātību ar darbu Covid-19 apstākļos. Bakalaura darba pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīti darbinieku apmierinātības ar darbu teorētiskie aspekti. Otrās nodaļas ietvaros tiek analizēti IKT nozares rādītāji Latvijā un Eiropas Savienībā, kā arī apkopoti un analizēti līdz šim veiktie pētījumi par IKT nozarē strādājošo darbinieku apmierinātību ar darbu Eiropas Savienībā. Trešajā daļā tiek veikts pētījums, izmantojot gan kvantitatīvo - anketēšanas metodi, gan kvalitatīvo metodi - interviju ar IKT uzņēmumu personālvadības nodaļas vadītājiem. Darba nobeigumā tiek veikti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi, lai uzlabotu IKT nozarē strādājošo darbinieku apmierinātību ar darbu Covid-19 laikā. Bakalaura darba kopējais apjoms ir 79 lapas. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Job satisfaction of employees working in the ICT industry during the Covid-19 pandemic”. The aim of the study - Based on job satisfaction theories and research conducted in other EU countries, to assess the job satisfaction of employees working in the ICT sector in Latvia during Covid-19 pandemic. The first part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the theoretical aspects of employee job satisfaction. Within the second chapter the author analyses the indicators of the ICT industry in Latvia and the European Union, as well as summarizes and analyses previously conducted research on the job satisfaction of employees working in the ICT industry in the European Union. In the third part, the research is carried out using both a quantitative - questionnaire method and a qualitative method - a interview with the heads of human resources of ICT companies. At the end of the work, conclusions are made, and proposals are developed to improve the job satisfaction of employees working in the ICT industry during Covid-19. The total volume of the bachelor's thesis is 79 pages. The work consists of 72 sources, 24 figures, 4 tables and 7 appendixes. Keywords: job satisfaction, employees, ICT industry, Covid-19 pandemic
