Abstract
Bakalaura darbā “Tiesības atteikties liecināt kriminālprocesā” tiek apskatīti tādu jēdzienu saturi kā tiesības neliecināt vispār, tiesības neliecināt pret sevi un saviem tuviniekiem, tiesības klusēt, kā arī tiesības neinkriminēt sevi. Veikta analīze par citu valstu kriminālprocesuālajiem regulējumiem, lai secinātu, kuri no jēdzieniem tiek izmantoti. Tiek secināts tas, kādas izmaiņas būtu veicamas šī brīža Kriminālprocesa likumā.
The Bachelor's “Right to refuse to testify in criminal proceedings” deals with the content of concepts such as the right not to testify at all, the right not to testify against yourself and your relatives, the right to remain silent, and the right against self-incrimination. An analysis of the laws/codes of criminal procedure of other countries has been carried out to conclude which of the concepts are used. It is concluded what changes should be made to the current Criminal Procedure Law.
