Abstract
Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un analizēt, kā pedagogu savstarpēja sadarbība var veicināt iekļaujošas izglītības realizēšanu lauku skolā. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēti dažādi informācijas avoti, tostarp, gan zinātniski raksti un pētījumi, gan valsts likumdošanā un ministru kabineta pieejamā informācija par iekļaujošo un speciālo izglītību, gan par komandas darba un sadarbības nozīmi izglītībā. Empīriskajā daļā veikta datu analīze par esošo situāciju pedagogu sadarbībā, kuri strādā ar bērniem, kuriem nepieciešams atbalsts, iekļaujošā vai speciālās izglītības programmā.
The objective of the master's thesis is to research and analyse the ways in which collaborative efforts among educators can enhance the implementation of inclusive education within a rural school setting. The theoretical segment scrutinizes diverse information sources, encompassing scientific articles and studies, pertinent details from state legislation and cabinet documents pertaining to inclusive and special education, and insights into the significance of teamwork and cooperation within the realm of education. In the empirical part, an analysis of the data on the current situation in the cooperation of educators who work with children in need of support in an inclusive or special education program is carried out.
