| dc.description.abstract | One of the most problematic and discussed forms of imprisonment have been rated in this work - life imprisonment. It's functionality and influence on condenments, as well as differences in the execution of sentence in different countries have been studied too. Moreover, some specific questions related to prisoners' place of jailing and grant of parole opportunities are treated in this work.
