Abstract
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pētīt e-pakalpojumu lietotāju - auditorijas - paradumus un uzvedību lietotnēs: www.epakalpojumi.lv, eriga.lv un latvija.lv, ar mērķi uzlabot sniegto pakalpojumu kvalitāti. Darba ietvaros veikta teorētisko materiālu izpēte un analīze, pētījuma veikšanas rezultātā iegūtajos datos balstīta analīze, un izvirzīti iespējamie uzlabojumi pakalpojumu kvalitātes uzlabošanai.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study the habits and behavior of e-services users - audiences - in the apps: www.epakalpojumi.lv, eriga.lv and Latvija.lv, with the aim of improving the quality of the services provided. Within the framework of the work, research and analysis of theoretical materials, analysis based on the data obtained as a result of the research, and possible improvements to improve the quality of services have been proposed.
