Darba ietvaros veikta teorētisko materiālu izpēte un analīze, pētījuma veikšanas rezultātā iegūtajos datos balstīta analīze, un izvirzīti iespējamie uzlabojumi pakalpojumu kvalitātes uzlabošanai. | |
