Tēmas aktualitāte izriet no tā, ka nereti tieši bērnu saslimšana ir tā, kas palīdz atrast pieaugušos slimniekus. Pārbaudot bērna kontaktpersonas, var izrādīties, ka tuberkuloze ir vecākiem. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas, bērna un vecāku sadarbības iespējas aprūpes procesā bērnu tuberkulozes nodaļā. Topicality of the issue stems out from the fact that very often the child disease is that what helps finding the grownup patients. When checking the persons with whom the child was contacting recently, it may occur that both parents have tuberculosis. The goal of the given work is to identify cooperation options between nurse, parents and children while taking care in tuberculosis division. The research question: How to promote cooperation between nurse, parents and children while taking care in tuberculosis division? The answer to the research question is - to promote cooperation between nurse, patient-child and their parents action should be taken in following improvements: built environment; the number of patients for whom the nurse is taking care should be such that it would be possible to make quality education lessons and it would be possible to make individual contact.
