Nitrātjonu, fosfātjonu saturs, kopējo fenolu savienojumu un C vitamīna saturu un antiradikālo aktivitāti noteikšanai kartupeļu paraugos izmantotās metodes ir jonometrija, fotometrija, kolorimetrija, titrimetrija.
