Abstract
Inovācijas pedagoģiskā izpratne augstskolā
Promocijas darba novitāte ir inovācijas pedagoģiskās izpratnes izpēte augstskolā.
Darba praktiskā nozīme ir izstrādātais inovatīva speciālista veidošanās modelis un
rekomendācijas inovatīvu speciālistu veidošanai augstskolā.
Promocijas darba teorētiskajā daļā analizēti inovācijas pamatjēdzieni no pedagoģiskā
viedokļa un apskatīti inovācijas pedagoģiskie aspekti.
Promocijas darbā analizēts augstskolas studiju programmas pedagoģiskais potenciāls
inovācijas veicināšanā, ietverot studiju procesa raksturojumu inovatīvu speciālistu
veidošanās kontekstā. Inovatīvu speciālistu veidošanās pamatota ar konstruktīvisma
pedagoģijas teorijām.
Darbs veikts ar kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodēm, izmantojot arī inovatīvu pieeju –
EKD modelēšanu. Pētījumā bāzei izmantots elektronikas sektors, bet tā rezultāti aprobējami
jebkuras rūpnieciskās nozares sektoram.
Pētījuma periods – laiks no 2004. līdz 2007.gadam. Darba apjoms ir 179 lpp., tas
sastāv no 5 nodaļām, kurās iekļauti 46 attēli un 9 tabulas. Darbam ir 8 pielikumi. Pētījuma
veikšanai izmantoti 110 literatūras avoti.
Pedagogical Comprehension of Innovation in University The novelty of the doctoral work is a study on innovation pedagogical comprehension. As the practical result, there is elaborated a model and recommendations for development of innovative specialists in university. In the theoretical part of the doctoral work there are analyzed basic terms of innovation form the pedagogical point of view. The study contains analysis of the pedagogical potential of university study program in the promotion of innovation, including the characteristics of the university pedagogical process in the context of development of innovative specialists. The development of innovative specialists is based on the constructivism pedagogy theories. The research is done by using qualitative research methods, using also innovative approach – EKD modeling. The basis of the research is electronics sector, but the research findings can be approbated for any industrial sector. The period of the study was from 2004 to 2007. The work contains 179 pages and consists of 5 chapters with 46 figures and 9 tables. There are 8 annexes. There are used 110 sources of literature for the study.
