Līdera prasmju veidošanās iespējas interešu izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Līdera prasmju veidošanās iespējas interešu izglītības iestādē” mērķis ir izpētīt līdera prasmju veidošanās un veicināšanas iespējas audzēkņiem, kuri apmeklē interešu izglītības iestādi. Darbā analizēta teorētiskā literatūra par interešu izglītību un līderību, tās būtību un veidošanās audzēkņos, un veikts pētījums, kurā noskaidrots audzēkņu viedoklis, par līdera prasmju veidošanās iespējām interešu izglītībā. Pirmā nodaļa ir veltīta līderības un līdera prasmju aprakstam, raksturojumam. Otrā nodaļa ir veltīta interešu izglītības aprakstam, specifikai, mērķiem un uzdevumiem, un tās iespējas līdera prasmju veidošanās procesā. Trešā nodaļa ir veltīta pētījumam, kurā tiek analizēts audzēkņu viedoklis, par faktiskām līdera prasmju veidošanās iespējām, iesaistoties interešu izglītībā. The goal of master thesis “Opportunities for the development of leadership skills in a hobby education institution” is to study development and promotion of leadership skills among students, who attend hobby education institution. In the thesis theoretical literature has been analyzed on the issues of hobby education and leadership, its fundaments and formation in the students, and a research has been conducted in order to identify the point of view of students about leaders' skills development in the hobby education. The first chapter is meant to describe leadership and leaders' skills characteristics. The second chapter covers description of hobby education, its specifics, aims and tasks, and its potential in development of leadership skills in the hobby education processes. The third chapter is dedicated to the research, where the opinion of students on the actual leadership skills development in the hobby education is analyzed.
