Darba samaksas organizēšana, uzskaite un analīze uzņēmumā SIA "EVA-SAT"

Abstract

Darbā pētīta informācija par darba samaksas uzskaiti, lai sasniegtu mērķi – pētīt un analizēt SIA EVA – SAT darba samaksas uzskaiti un šā brīža krīzes situācijai izstrādāt projektu par darba vietu saglabāšanu SIA EVA – SAT. Darbs aktuāls, jo sabiedrības vadība vēlas atbrīvot ½ darbinieku. Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām: SIA EVA –SAT saimnieciskās darbības un darbinieku raksturojums, darba algas uzskaites analīze, projekta izstrādāšana, lai SIA EVA – SAT tiktu saglabāts pēc iespējas lielāks darbinieku skaits. Information on accounting of remuneration is studied in the Paper in order to achieve the aim – to examine and analyze accounting of remuneration at SIA EVA – SAT and to develop a project for the current crisis situation on preserving jobs at SIA EVA – SAT. The Paper is topical, as the company’s management wants to dismiss ½ of employees. The Paper consists of 3 parts: description of economic activity and employees of SIA EVA –SAT, analysis of accounting of remuneration, development of the project, so that SIA EVA – SAT would preserve as many employees as possible.
