Abstract
Bakalaura darbs ķīmijā, 38 lappuses, 9 tabulas, 19 attēli, 23 literatūras avoti. Latviešu valodā.
Bakalaura darbā dots literatūras apskats par kviešiem un rudziem, par fenola savienojumiem un to antiradikālajām īpašībām un noteikšanas metodēm. Eksperimentālajā daļā ir pētīti : spirta – ūdens ekstrakti. Darbā tika veikta ekstraktu kopēja fenola savienojumu satura noteikšana kviešu un rudzu spirta - ūdens ekstraktos ar Folino–Čikolto (Folin–Ciocalteau) metodi un ekstraktu antiradikālas aktivitātes noteikšana ar 1,1-difenil-2-pikrilhidrazīla (DFPH) radikāli.
Review about wheat and rye grain, phenol compounds and their antioxidant properties, also quantitative methods were shown in this Bachelor's thesis. Alcohol-water extracts were examined in the experimental section. The total content of phenolic compounds and their antiradical activity were determined by spectrophotometric method. Antiradical activity was determined using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DFPH) radical.
