Abstract
Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 32 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 24 attēlus, 1 tabulu un 44 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt augstas pakāpes astigmātisma pacientu rezultātus pēc lāzerkorekcijas. Metode: retrospektīvs pētījums, kurā tika veikta klīnisku datu salīdzināšana, izmantojot pacientu medicīniskās kartes, lai izvērtētu redzes refraktīvo iznākumu pēc Femto-LASIK lāzerķirurģijas. Rezultāti: Pēc Femto-LASIK operācijas palika 14 % neizkoriģēti pacienti, paliekošā sfēra – 0,15 ± 0,22 D un cilindrs 0,83 ± 0,43D.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the outcomes of patients with high-degree astigmatism after laser correction. Method: A retrospective study was conducted in which clinical data were compared using patients medical records to assess the refractive visual outcomes after Femto-LASIK laser surgery. Results: After the Femto-LASIK operation, 14% of patients remained uncorrected, with a residual spherical error of 0,15 ± 0,22 D and a residual cylinder of 0,83 ± 0,43 D.
