Anotācija
Izglītības procesa kvalitatīvākai norisei un rezultātam ir svarīga iesaistīto indivīdu
sevis un citu konstruktīva izpratne, ko var veicināt socionika - teorija par indivīdu sociotipu
klasifikāciju un mijattiecībām cilvēkpotenciāla vadīšanai, kur sociotips ir indivīda psihes
īpašību iedzimts kopums, kas nosaka, kā indivīds gūst enerăiju, uztver informāciju, pieĦem
lēmumus un strukturē savu dzīvi.
Darba mērėis: pamatojoties uz speciālās literatūras teorētisko analīzi un praktiskā
pētījuma rezultātiem, atklāt socionikas izmantošanas iespējas izglītības vadībā. Darbā
secināts, ka socionika ir izmantojama akadēmiskajā menedžmentā: studentu uzĦemšanā un
atbalsta aktivitātēs, programmu izstrādē, izglītības procesa mijattiecību pilnveidei.

Annotation To qualitative process and outcome in education is important involved persons themselves and others constructive understanding what can to promote socionics - a theory of individual sociotypes qualification and interaction for management of human potential where sociotype is the set of inherent individual psyche features that determine how an individual gains energy, perceive information, makes decisions and structures one’s life. The aim of the doctoral thesis: to discover the possibilities of the use of socionics in education management based on the theoretical analysis of special literature and results of practical research. As a result it is concluded that socionics can be used in academic management: in admission of students and management of co-curricular activities, in development of curriculum and to promote the interrelationship of education process.
