Abstract

Lai uzņēmums būtu konkurētspējīgs un iegūtu ilgtspējīgu attīstību, ir svarīgi izpētīt tā iekšējo un ārējo vidi, lai atklātu esošās problēmas, kas ietekmē uzņēmuma konkurētspēju un attīstības iespējas. Maģistra darba mērķis izstrādāt rīcības risinājumus tālākai ZS "Lejas Dandēni" konkurētspējas uzlabošanai un attīstībai. Lai sasniegtu maģistra darba mērķi, autors ir izvirzījis sekojošus uzdevumus - analizēt konkurētspējas teorētiskos aspektus, analizēt uzņēmuma iekšējo un ārējo vidi, veikt SVID analīzi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai. Maģistra darbā izpētīta un pielietojot SVID analīzi izanalizēta uzņēmuma iekšējā un ārējā vide, kā arī pielietojot zilo okeānu stratēģiju, izstrādātas uzņēmuma attīstības iespējas nākotnē.

The purpose of this Master's Thesis is to create solutions for the development and improvement the competitiveness of the farm “Lejas Dandeni”. To achieve the target of this Master’s Thesis, the author has pointed out the following tasks - to analyse the theoretical aspects of competitiveness, to analyse the internal and external environment of the company, make SWOT analysis, create suggestions for rising the competitiveness of the company. In this Master’s Thesis there’s a research made on, and by applying the SWOT analysis, analysed the internal and external environment of the company. Also, by applying the blue ocean strategy, the options of the company’s development in the future has been developed.
