Abstract

Bakalaura darba ietvaros ar ierosmes, luminiscences un tās kinētikas spektru palīdzību tika pētīti jauni, ar sarkanu gaismu luminiscējoši, aktivēti platzonu materiāli uz AlN bāzes. Darba ietvaros tika aplūkoti AlN makro- un nanopulveri, ar mangānu aktivēti AlN makro- un nanomateriāli, kā arī ar eiropiju aktivētas keramikas. Apskatītajiem materiāliem tika noteiktas to spektrālās īpašības.
New, red-light luminescent, activated wide band-gap materials, based on AlN, were studied using excitation, luminescence and its kinetic spectra. Within the bachelor's thesis, AlN macro- and nanopowders, manganese-activated AlN macro- and nanomaterials, as well as europium-activated ceramics were investigated. The spectral properties of the considered materials were determined.
