| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba ietvaros ar ierosmes, luminiscences un tās kinētikas spektru palīdzību tika pētīti jauni, ar sarkanu gaismu luminiscējoši, aktivēti platzonu materiāli uz AlN bāzes. Darba ietvaros tika aplūkoti AlN makro- un nanopulveri, ar mangānu aktivēti AlN makro- un nanomateriāli, kā arī ar eiropiju aktivētas keramikas. Apskatītajiem materiāliem tika noteiktas to spektrālās īpašības. | |
| dc.description.abstract | New, red-light luminescent, activated wide band-gap materials, based on AlN, were studied using excitation, luminescence and its kinetic spectra. Within the bachelor's thesis, AlN macro- and nanopowders, manganese-activated AlN macro- and nanomaterials, as well as europium-activated ceramics were investigated. The spectral properties of the considered materials were determined. | |
