Abstract
Darbā tika apskatītas un salīdzināti dažādi tiolu, tioēsteru un tioēteru iegūšanas paņēmieni. Tika izpētīti sudraba tiolāta reaģēt spējas ar acilējošīem un alkilējošiem reaģentiem. Sintezēti pieci savienojumi ar iespējamo sēra atomu aktivitāti HDAC inhibēšanai. Vielu struktūras tika pierādītas ar 1H KMR spektriem.
In this work are represented and compared different synthesis methods of thiols, thioesters, thioeters. Were investigated silver tholat’s possibilities to react whith acylating and alkylating reagents. Was synthesized five compounds whith possibly active S atom for HDAC inhibition. Compound structures were proved by 1H NMR spectra.
