| dc.description.abstract | Darbā tika apskatītas un salīdzināti dažādi tiolu, tioēsteru un tioēteru iegūšanas paņēmieni. Tika izpētīti sudraba tiolāta reaģēt spējas ar acilējošīem un alkilējošiem reaģentiem. Sintezēti pieci savienojumi ar iespējamo sēra atomu aktivitāti HDAC inhibēšanai. Vielu struktūras tika pierādītas ar 1H KMR spektriem. | en_US |
