Abstract

Vidzemes bruņniecības Kapitulācija 1710.gadā un tās nozīme ir pētījums par Kapitulācijas dokumentu, sauktu arī par Akorda Punktiem, ar kuru Vidzemes bruņniecība 1710.gada 4. jūlijā padevās Krievijas caram Pēterim I Rīgas aplenkuma rezultātā.Šī darba mērķis ir izanalizēt dokumenta saturu, kurš noteica Vidzemes guberņas autonomiju Krievijas impērijā. Līdz šim Kapitulācijas dokuments nebija tulkots latviešu valodā un literatūrā komentēts tikai virspusēji. Autors cer, ka veiktā analīze un iztulkotais dokuments būs noderīgs vēlākiem pētījumiem par Vidzemes muiţniecības privilēģijām un politiskajām attiecībām ar Krievijas valdību.

The Capitulation of Livonian Nobility in 1710 and it’s Meaning is a research about the document of Capitulation named also Points of Accord (Accords Punkten). With this document on the 4th of July 1710 the Livonian Nobility surrendered to Russian Tsar Peter the Great as a result of siege of Riga.The goal of this work is to analyse the content of the document that determined the autonomy of the province of Livonia in the Russian Empire. Hitherto this document of Capitulation has not been translated into Latvian and in the historiography has been commented on only superficially. The author hopes that his interpretations and the translation will be useful for the future researches about the Livonian nobility, their privileges and relations with Russian government.
