Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “ Eksistenciālie ticības meklējumi Ļ.Šestova filosofijā “ parādīta Ļeva Šestova savdabīgā filosofijas un ticības izpratne, tās veidošanās Krievijas un Eiropas literatūras un filosofijas ietekmē, neiederība krievu “ sudraba “ laikmeta dažādajos filosofiskajos strāvojumos, tās eksistenciālais raksturs, ka arī Šestova filosofijā galvenās uzstādītās problēmas – prāta un atklāsmes patiesības pretrunas – iespējamais risinājums Indijas reliģiski – filosofiskajā kultūrā.

In the bachelor’s paper „The Quest for Existential Faith in the Philosophy of L.Shestov” there is shown the idiosyncratic nature of Shestov’s understanding of philosophy and faith and it’s formation under the influence of Russian and European literature and philosophy; it’s impertinence in the various philosophical currents of the Russian “silver” age; it’s existential character and also the possible solution of the main problem in Shestov’s philosophy – the contradiction between truth brought upon by cognition and revelation – within the framework of the religious-philosophical culture of India.
