Arodbiedrības PSRS rūpniecības attīstības modelī 1940.-1950.gados. Latvijas piemērs

Abstract

Balstoties uz apkopoto empīrisko materiālu, t.sk., Latvijas un Krievijas arhīvu dokumentiem, maģistra darbā tiek analizēta LPSR arodbiedrību kā padomju sistēmas būtiska elementa vieta un loma 20.gadsimta 40.-50.gadu rūpnieciskajā attīstībā. Darbā izmantota starpdisciplināra pieeja, pielietojot vēstures un ekonomikas zinātnes metodes. Izmantojot padomju modelim raksturīgās darba formas (sociālistiskā sacensība, izgudrotāju un racionalizatoru kustība, ražošanas apspriedes, kolektīvie līgumi u.c.), rūpnīcu arodbiedrībām bija jāveicina strādnieku darba aktivitāte, tehnikas un tehnoloģiju uzlabojumi un jāceļ darba ražīgumu. Tomēr izveidot sistēmu, kas spētu apvienot sevī centralizētās komandekonomikas principus un cilvēka radošu un produktīvu darbu, neizdevās. Tā sabruka līdz ar komunistiskās ideoloģijas krīzi un PSRS dezintegrāciju.

Considering the relevance of the gathered empiric material obtained from the archives of Latvia and Russia, the study presents the analysis and evaluation of the role of the trade unions as a significant element of the Soviet model of industrial development in the Latvian SSR during the 1940s-1950s. According to the Soviet model of industrial development, trade unions had to increase the efficiency of workers, introduce improvements in technology, and boost work productivity by utilizing socialistic competition, the movement of inventors, workers’ meetings, collective contracts etc. However, creating a system that could incorporate the principles of command economics and creative, productive labour resulted in failure. The Soviet model collapsed with the crisis of the communist ideology and the disintegration of the USSR.
