Rīgas vide 20. gs. 20. - 30. gadu latviešu literatūrā.

Abstract

Šis bakalaura darbs ir mēģinājums raksturot to, kā 20. gs. 20. – 30. gadu Rīgas vidi daiļliteratūrā atspoguļojuši latviešu prozaiķi un dramaturgi. Darbs dod nelielu ieskatu Rīgas vēsturē, bet tuvāk raksturo Rīgas starpkaru perioda norises saimniecībā un kultūras dzīvē. Darbs parāda to, cik objektīvi un patiesi autori – laikabiedri, ir spējuši portretēt Rīgas vidi – dažādu sociālo slāņu rīdzinieku dzīvesveidu - attiecības ģimenē un darbā, tāpat arī atpūtas un izklaides iespējas Rīgā un, cik precīzi raksturojuši materiālo vidi – ielas un arhitektūru, interjeru un modi, apliecinot Rīgas starpkaru perioda vides specifisko un īpašo raksturu.

This bachelor’s paper is an attempt to describe, how Latvian prose-writers and dramatists portrayed environment of Riga during the period of time 1920 – 1940. It gives insight into history of Riga, but more closely describes processes of economy and cultural sphere of interwar period. Paper shows how much objective and real are authors’ portraits of Riga – lifestyle of Rigans in every state of life – employment and family relations, as well as facility of relaxation and entertainment; and how accurate they described material surroundings – streets and architecture, interior and fashion, proving how specific and unusual was environment of Riga in interwar period.
