Valkas apriņķa bijušo muižu centru izmantošana, 1918.-1940.g.

Abstract

Muižu pētniecība pagaidām ir aprobežojusies galvenokārt līdz 20.gs sākumam, proti, robežlīniju - 1905.gada revolūciju, tālāk konkrēti pētījumi aplūko vairāk kultūras mantojuma jomu - muižu saglabāšanas un aizsardzības problēmātiku; to arhitektonisko vērtību u.tml.. Praktiski netiek pētīta muižu vēsture Latvijas brīvvalsts posmā (1918 – 1940) kas patiesībā, ir viens no nozīmīgākajiem laika periodiem, jo tad visa muižu sistēma piedzīvoja krasas pārmaiņas, proti, tās tiek ar agrārās reformas palīdzību sadalītas un pielāgotas jaunām funkcijām. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt kā ir izmantoti bijušie muižu centri Valkas apriņķī no 1918. – 1940.gadam. Valkas apriņķī 20. – 30.gados bijušie muižu centri pārsvarā sadalīti jaunsaimniecībās, piešķirti valsts un pašvaldības iestādēm, kas tajos ierīkojušas skolas, tautas namus, doktorātus un citas sabiedriskās ēkas, kā arī atstāti neizmantoti, tādēļ daļa centru iznīka.

The study of manors is limited to the beginning of the 20th century, or the Revolution of 1905 to be more precise. Other studies are focused in the field of cultural heritage - the preservation and protection of manors; their architectural value, etc. Virtually not researched at all is the history of manors of Latvia's independence period (1918-1940), which is one of the most important time periods, since during this time the system of manors underwent major changes - according with the agrarian reforms manors were divided and adjusted for new functions. The objective of the paper is to research the exploitation of manor centers in the district of Valka from 1918 to 1940. The manor centers in the district of Valka were mostly divided into new farms and assigned to state and local offices, which opened schools, concert halls, doctorates and other public venues in these manor centers. Some centers were not used, therefore they decayed.
