Rīgas Zooloģiskā dārza darbības atspoguļojums tā darbinieku sēžu protokolos (1944.-1979.)

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir atspoguļot Rīgas Zooloģiskā dārza darbības tendences (1944. -1979.), galvenokārt balstoties uz iestādes darbinieku sēžu protokoliem. Pētījumā noskaidrots, ka Rīgas zooloģiskā dārza darbība izvērtās divos veidos - iekšējā darbā ar kolektīvu un ārējā darbā ar sabiedrību. Avotos konstatēti šādi kolektīva problēmaspekti - disciplīna, pašdarbība, padomju režīma ideoloģijas iespaids uz iestādes darbību. Darbs ar sabiedrību izpaudās apmeklētāju izglītošanā un reklāmas darbībā. Rīgas zooloģiskā dārza mērķauditorija bija skolu jaunatne. Zoodārzā gūtā pieredze vēlāk noteica daudzu bērnu nākotnes profesijas izvēli.

The aim of the master thesis is to reflect the Riga Zoological garden tendencies of work (1944. -1979.), mainly based on the employers meeting protocols. Activity of Riga Zoological garden resulted in two ways - work with the zoological garden employers and work with the public. In the sources are identified following problem aspects of employees' collective – discipline, amateur activities, and impact of the soviet regime ideology to the work of institution. Work with the community took the form of educating visitors and promotional work. The main audience of zoological garden were school youth, and lecturers tried to teach them a love for animals and environmental protection. The experience gained at the zoo later determined many children future career choices.
